We have many years’ experience acting for our clients at every stage of their lives in the purchase and sale of properties – whether our clients are first-time buyers, people wishing to downsize, or investors. We understand how stressful the conveyancing process can be, and we strive always to ensure that the transaction is handled as smoothly as possible and that clients are kept fully informed about what is happening.
Gwen brings many years of expertise in this area to the Practice. She is a member of the Law Society Probate Committee and she regularly delivers lectures to Law students on Probate matters. Gwen is very keen to encourage clients to make their Wills and she is highly proficient in the area of Estate planning – be it the inter-vivo transfer of a farm from parent to child or explaining the most tax-efficient way of dealing with assets. Gwen has extensive experience in dealing with the administration of Estates. Where litigation arises, she favours a practical, hands-on and programmatic approach to resolving conflict and to assisting clients during what can be a stressful and distressing time.
We have a small caseload of personal injury cases, and we strive to offer a supportive service for claimants. Should the claim proceed to court, we have extensive experience in litigation and always aim to achieve the best possible result for our client.
